1) 11/1/18: AquaVenture Holdings Acquires AUC Group for $113 Million
AUC provides both field-erected wastewater treatment plants as well as flexible, modular plants that are designed to expand as needs arise. AUC has successfully completed more than 1,500 wastewater treatment plants in its history, ranging in capacity from 5,000 gallons per day to over 1,500,000 gallons per day.
2) 11/2/18: High Road Capital Partners Acquires Radix Wire
For more than 70 years, Radix has been the leader in high temperature wire and cable. Radix specializes in the design and manufacture of products to meet the most challenging and severe environments.
3) 11/5/18: Applied Industrial Technologies Acquires Fluid Power Sales
Fluid Power Sales is a manufacturer and distributor of fluid power components, supporting OEMs and industrial customers.
4) 11/7/18: Wynnchurch Capital Acquires Midland Metal Mfg.
Midland is a leading distributor of fittings, valves, clamps and related products/accessories to a variety of industrial end-markets.
5) 11/20/18: Pfingsten Partners Acquires South-Tek
South-Tek is a leading designer and manufacturer of nitrogen generators, serving customers across a diverse set of industrial and commercial end markets both domestically and internationally.
6) 11/26/18: Daikin Industries Acquires AHT Cooling Solutions for $993 Million
AHT Cooling Systems GmbH is a developer of industrial refrigeration and deep-freezing technology with main areas of business being fridges and deep freezes for supermarkets, ice cream freezers and drinks cooling. AHT Cooling Systems was founded in 1998 and is based in Rottenmann, Austria.
